Our compilations are typically used when businesses are seeking initial or lower amounts of financing. Our clients obtain comfort that the financial statements appear to be appropriate in form and there are no obvious material modifications needed.
A review is usually appropriate as a business grows and seeks larger levels of financing. We are required to perform inquiry and analytical procedures as a basis for obtaining limited assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatement. We will issue a report as to whether we are aware of any material modification that should be made to the financial statements for them to be in accordance with the financial reporting framework.
